Free US shipping on every order

We ship to addresses in the United States. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum.

When your order ships

Bristl ships in batches. The product page shows when the next batch leaves, and your order goes out with it. After it ships, delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.

If you order after a batch has closed, your order ships with the following one. The date is in your order confirmation.

Tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number.

Changing or cancelling an order

Need to change your address or cancel? Email hello@trybristl.com before your batch ships and we’ll update or cancel it with a full refund. Once it has shipped, you can still return it under our 60-day trial.

Lost or missing parcels

If tracking says delivered but you can’t find your parcel, check with neighbors and your mailroom, then email us within 14 days of the delivery date. We’ll open a claim with the carrier and send a replacement if the parcel is lost.

Wrong address

Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or wrong, we’ll contact you to arrange a new delivery.

Outside the US

We don’t ship outside the United States yet.
