1. About these terms

These terms apply to every purchase on trybristl.com. The store is operated by David Mosler, trading as Bristl (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Shipping policy, our Refund policy and our Privacy policy.

2. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It’s accepted when we email you the order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was shown in error or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you’ve paid, we refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. The total you pay, including any discount, is shown at checkout before you pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping policy. Returns and refunds, including the 60-day trial, are covered by our Refund policy.

5. Using your Bristl

Read the instructions that come with your toothbrush before first use. Charge it only with the dock it comes with. Children should brush under adult supervision. Bristl is a toothbrush, not a medical treatment. If you have a dental or gum condition, follow your dentist’s advice.

6. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us a review, photo or video, you allow us to show it on our website and in our marketing. We may shorten it but won’t change its meaning. Tell us anytime if you’d like it removed.

7. Our content

Text, photos, videos and designs on this website belong to Bristl or are used with permission. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our written consent.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can’t be excluded.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order applies to that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. This doesn’t take away the protection of mandatory consumer laws of the place where you live.
